Who's Filming in Prince George's County- April 2022 Newsletter

For the third year in a row, Executive Producer Tressa Smallwood and Megamind Media returned to Prince George’s County to film four original short films for BET HER Health Initiatives. The films focus on two important health issues– breast cancer and mental health, which continue to impact African American women and their families.

The films provide an opportunity for women to showcase their talent in front of and behind the camera. This year’s films are being directed by another handpicked group of women who are normally in front of the camera acting; Megan Good (Harlem), Naturi Naughton (Power), Tichina Arnold (Martin) and LisaRaye McCoy (The Family Business).
